It has been a successful year for CIMM. Alberta has become the third Province in Canada where we are able to register our members with the Department of Vital Statistics thus allowing more of our CIMM members the ability to perform Weddings, Memorials, Baby Blessings etc.
The University of Metaphysics & Sedona graduates in Canada has surpassed 500 which translates into over 150% increase in the six short years since CIMM has been operating in Canada.
There are now over 70 CIMM members who are registered.
We are looking forward to another successful year during 2012 with a substantial increase in membership and registration.
Many thanks to the CIMM board members for their help over the past 6 years and also thanks to all CIMM members who have taken the time to share their wisdom by sending articles to the Editors and publishers Rev. Doreen & Rev. David who we are also grateful for.

Sixty Five Wonderful Years

Iris and I were 16 years old when we met, fell in love, courted for 5 years and were married at age 21. She was my sweetheart, wife, mother of our children, my partner and my best friend.
We watched our 3 children Greg, Mark and Dallayce grow into responsible adults, watched our 4 grand children grow into responsible adults, and experienced the birth of our 2 great grandsons.
We shared the good times, the challenging times, the traveling times and for 65 wonderful years shared our lives together.
When we retired and moved to the Okanagan in 1989 we were to share more than a quarter of our lives in Vernon together. We spent time traveling to Europe twice, cruised our way many times through the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera, the West Coast, Alaska and Trans Atlantic.
In recent years enjoyed taking shorter trips to resorts within driving distance. Banff was our favourite destination and for the past 6 years spent one week stays there. It was at Banff where Iris experienced a major stroke, was flown to Calgary and passed away 2 days later on May 23, 2011.

Another year behind us and I find I've been reflecting on the memorable times of 2011.
Some have been for the interesting challanges that have passed through that life is unable to avoid and we can look back and say "Ok, that was interesting" and not attach any lasting emotion to the times we don't want to hang on to, and then smile with the memories of loving times spent with those we care for most and the many gifts life has brought to us.
In numerology we know that what is happing in our life through October, determines the year ahead so for David and I this new year should be full of wonderful oppertunities, gifts and travel so
I am looking forward to a New Year of celebrating the good life. I wish for all of you a year of golden oppertunities in whatever direction you would like your life to take. I know that some have developed their Ministery in serving and performing Marriage Ceremonies and that is such a wonderful, satisfing part of our Ministery, serving couples as they bring together their love and families.
Congratulations to Dr. John on his achievment after many hours of perserviering work to have our Ministery licenced in Alberta. Your Service in having our Ministry grow is amazing and we all honour you for your efforts.
As we open our hearts and our minds to the many blessings
that will come our way in this New Year of "Universal change",
