DR. JOHN BRIGHT
Executive Director
Dr. John is the co-founder of our Centre for Awakening Spiritual Growth and has been the Senior Minister since August 1999. Graduating from the R.S.I. Ministerial College after 6 years of training in 1997 he continued his education at the University of Metaphysics and received his Ordained Metaphysical Ministers Certificate in January of 2000. He graduated with a Masters Degree at the Convention in June 2000. He continued studying and graduated with a Doctorate Degree in June 2002. He completed the "Spiritual Psychology" course and received this certificate in 2003. In 2003 he received a further degree in Life Coaching. He wrote the words and music to the Centre's opening song we sing every Sunday "Welcome to our Centre" and the closing song we sing "The oneness of Spirit". At the International Metaphysical Ministry Convention in 2005 he was one of the Speakers and was appointed by Dr. Masters as the Executive Director of the Corporate head office in Canada "Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry." Dr. John Bright is also a member of the American Metaphysical Doctors Association.

REV. CONNIE BLOOMFIELD President
Rev. Connie has studied a Spiritual path since 1994. After a career in Nursing, she found her way into a more Metaphysical lifestyle. Pursuing Science of Mind classes and then Metaphysical classes she eventually became drawn to a more physical type of Spiritual healing. Rev. Connie has graduated with a Bachelor degree from the University of Metaphysics and operated closely with Dr. John in the Vernon Centre for Awakening Spiritual Growth as an associate Minister. She has been President of the Board of Directors for many of the years the Centre has existed. On a rotational basis, she does Sunday talks. Rev. Connie has taught Level 1 and level 2 of Metaphysical Science as well as the advanced level 3 Spiritual Psychology. Rev. Connie is a Reiki Master/Teacher and follows this path with much of her Pastoral Counselling. She is now Licensed to perform Weddings, Memorial services etc. Since 2004, Rev. Connie with her partner have established and opened The House of Page B & B Retreat in Salmon Arm where she opens her home to workshops and retreats for others searching for a Spiritual Path.
REV. DOREEN MARA'- BATE Newsletter
Rev. Doreen is an Associate Minister of our Centre and is a Member of the Board. She completed her 6th year ministerial training with R.S.I. in 1997, with over 18 years study and teaching in Spiritual Psychology, Metaphysical Philosophy and Esoteric Teachings, with degrees in Esoteric Philosophy, Psychology and Transformational Healing. Rev. Doreen facilitates and is an advocate of "A Course In Miracles" and has developed and teaches workshops on effective techniques of self realization and offers training in personal and professional growth for self mastery. Rev. Doreen is a Licensed Minister offering Marriage Ceremonies, Memorials, Baby Blessings and Spiritual Counselling. She is a Speaker, a writer and offers both private and group Spiritual and grief counselling.
REV. DAVID BATE Valuable Board Member
Rev. David Bate is an Ordained Minister of our Centre and a member of the Board as well as a Board Member of The Canadian International Metaphysical Ministry. FRC signifies a graduate of the Temple Degrees of The Ancient, Mystical, Order Rosae Crucis. He is also a Graduate of The International Metaphysical University in Metaphysical Sciences and is currently completing his University courses for his Doctorate in Philosophy majoring in Parapsychology. David is an Advocate of "The Course In Miracles," with 30 years of study in Metaphysics, Mysticism, Esoteric Philosophy, Spiritual Psychology and Theology. He is a speaker and a writer and as a Licensed Practitioner offers counselling for healing of the body and mind.
